State Farm® Insurance Agent John Workman

"I wouldn't recommend State Farm Insurance to anyone ! My experience is that I was quoted one premium rate of $49.94 initially, and I paid this premium rate. I am 61 years of age and in good health. I had to take a physical for State Farm Term Life Insurance, and I was tested for drugs as well, which I wasn't informed of before that I had to take. I passed the Term Life Insurance drug test and the Term Life Insurance physical. However, my premium rate increased to $70.99, and I was also charged $42.10 for a policy change. The agent should have explained a premium increase to me, which has yet to happen. I had this policy for two months. I am not a health risk! I canceled my policy with State Farm Insurance. My Mother has been a policyholder with State Farm for years and has had a bad experience. I am advising my Mother to cancel her policies with State Farm Insurance and seek insurance with another company. State Farm Insurance doesn't like to pay out claims on Homeowners Insurance. Additionally, according to my research on State Farm Insurance, State Farm Insurance has been sued in court and lost."

I got insurance on the 28th of January and the lady told me $95 for liability and a week later came up with some story that I had a Suspension in the last 3 years which is funny cause I haven't had a license in10,so she said I now have to pay $ 135.00,and now I get a letter saying my policy is canceled after 10 days of coverage so basically they stole my money. Go too direct auto they are less expensive and I told the guy about what happen and he said state farm dose this and when he checked my record nothing of a suspension had shown up and now my payments are $73 ..."
